There are software programs out there for human-sounding voice overs. All you do is type out the words, and the AI bot will read out the script. There are many good ones, and there are many bad ones. This is a cost-effective way as most of the software requires a one-time purchase. Which means you will pay once for a lifetime of voiceovers.

Speechelo offers a wide range of male and female voice overs. They even have different tone sets such as happy tones, exciting tones and serious tones. It also works with popular video creation software and is available in 23 different languages.
