Automate a sequence of emails to be sent automatically in a specific period

PLEAE NOTE:

In this example, I will be showing you how to set up an email sequence with Convertkit. Convertkit provides short video tutorials on how to set up an email sequence. Please view those videos if you decide to use their platform.

An email sequence is the means of creating Pre-Email scripts that automatically send emails to people who have subscribed to your list.

You create multiple email swipes and decide in which order you want to send them. You can even decide which days and times to send them.

PLEASE NOTE:

Only once you have set up your email sequence, you should start building your list. You can build an email sequence for up to 30 days, where the EMS will send PLR promotional content, newsletters, and affiliate offers on autopilot.

On the main menu bar, located on the top of the page, click the SEND Menu Tab.

Four Options will appear, select the SEQUENCES option.

 In Sequences, please select NEW SEQUENCE located at the Top Left of the page.

Select a Template now.

Write your Email Subject Heading.

Delete the content of the text and add your own email description. Make sure you leave the Unsubscribe Option.

That’s your first email sequence Ready. When you are ready to receive traffic, make sure to activate the PUBLISHED Tab (Located top left of the page).

Determine the time you want your list to receive emails.

PLEASE NOTE:

By default it's set to 1 day. (Top left) If you select 0 Days, your email sequence will instantly send them an email once they have signed up. If you select 1 day, it will send an email 1 day later after they signed up.

Set up the next sequence which is located on the right-hand side of the page.

Simply select ADD EMAIL, and a new email will appear on the left-hand side of your screen, where you will add another title and description.

DO NOT send affiliate offers to your list everyday!

You must send your list of promotional PLR material and newsletters 75 % of the time, and affiliate offers 25% of the time. So, every 4 days you should send an affiliate offer.

Sending affiliate offers daily can get your account suspended, or even banned by the email marketing service.

Your first 10 emails should not contain any offers, just valuable information, and content to create trust with your list.
